I am so glad to have you here.

I’m Soph, a wife and mother of two, plus one fur babe.

Counselling was many years in the works before becoming a mother, but motherhood redefined the way I now choose to show up in this space.

My work is at the intersection of motherhood, neurodiversity, cycles, creativity, the esoteric and systemic.

I want women to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, their cycles.

I want women to reclaim their stories, their authenticity, their messy multiplicities.

I want women to rewrite the narrative of what it means to be a woman, the rules of how we’re expected to mother.

I facilitate a safe, judgement free space, that holds you exactly as you are, wherever you are, and am passionate about offering genuine, personalised supports that don’t feel like an umbrella approach that actually create more problems.

welcome!
